IHONHOITO AAMUISIN & ILTAISIN – NÄITÄ TUOTTEITA KÄYTÄN

En voi olla aloittamatta tätä postausta mainitsemalla, että ihon kuntoon vaikuttaa ehkä kaikista eniten meidän elintavat: ruokavalio, liikunta, stressin määrä, riittävä uni, veden juominen ja päihteiden käyttö. Terveellisillä elintavoilla meidän kroppa voi hyvin ja se hyvä olo hehkuu myös ulospäin.

Oon vuosien saatossa oppinut paljon ihonhoidosta ja ymmärtänyt, mikä toimii mun iholle ja mikä ei. Ei liene sattumaa, että mun iho voi nykyään tosi hyvin. Parasta on se, että voin luottavaisin mielin elää elämääni ja tiedän, että ihoni voi hyvin. Joskus aikoinaan ihoni eli omaa elämäänsä - oli hyviä ja huonoja kausia. En koskaan voinut tietää, mitä seuraavaksi. Nyt ihoni pysyy jatkuvasti hyvässä kunnossa ja mun ei tarvitse miettiä, että "koska mennään taas". Ja pakko sanoa, että tietysti meidän ihot voivat eritavalla aina välillä. Vuodenajatkin jo itsessään vaikuttavat ihomme kuntoon valtavasti. Kyllä mäkin huomaan talvisin, että ihoni on selkeästi pintakuivempi, mutta puhun nyt ehkä enemmän epäpuhtauksista - nykyään niitä ei juurikaan tule.

Toki mä elän tosi terveellisesti, mutta uskon, että käyttämilläni tuotteilla on iso rooli ihoni hyvinvoinnin suhteen. Oon vihdoinkin oppinut, että millaisia tuotteita ihoni tarvitsee. Etenkin nyt talvella oon suosinut paksuja rasvoja ja öljypohjaisia tuotteita. On hyvä muistaa, että jokaisen ihotyyppi on erilainen ja kannattaa pitää tää mielessään, kun lukee muiden suosituksia tietyistä tuotteista - se mikä toimii toiselle, ei välttämättä toimi sulle. Suosittelen tutustumaan ja tutkimaan erilaisia tuotteita ja lisäksi ottamaan selvää omasta ihotyypistä.

Lähde -sarjan seerumi

Lumenen Lähde -sarjan Oil Cocktail sekä tehokosteuttava seerumi ovat tällä hetkellä mun kaksi suosikkituotetta. En suosittele käyttämään näitä tuotteita yhdessä, koska se ei yksinkertaisesti olisi vain järkevää (=tuotteet ajavat ehkä vähän samaa asiaa), mutta nää ovat molemmat loistavia tuotteita käytettäväksi ennen kasvorasvaa. Oon nyt kylmillä keleillä käyttänyt hitusen enemmän Oil Cocktail -seerumia, koska se on öljypohjainen sekä superkosteuttava ja kosteutus on se, mitä mun iho on nyt lähaikoina tarvinnut erityisen paljon. Tehokosteuttava seerumi on muuten ollut mun luottotuote jo monien vuosien ajan, erityisesti kesällä tää on mun must have -tuote!

Arctic hydra care -sarjan päivä- ja yövoide

Lumenen Arctic Hydra Care -sarjan tuotteet ovat oikeastaan mun sekä mun poikaystävän suosikkeja tällä hetkellä. Nää pelasti meidän ihot Levillä, kun pakkanen hipoi noin -25 -asteessa. Lumenen tehokosteuttava 24h geelivoide on saanut vakituisen paikan, mun ihonhoitorutiineihin. En voisi enää elää ilman tätä tuotetta. Kuten sanoin jo tuossa aikaisemmin, käytän tätä päivisin. Tämä öljytön geelivoide antaa tehokkaan 24 tunnin kosteutuksen tehden ihosta raikkaan ja mattapintaisen koko päiväksi. 

Tykkään mennä ihonhoidossa vähän fiiliksen mukaan, minkä voi huomata siitä, että mulla on esimerkiksi muutamia erilaisia seerumeita ja päivävoiteita käytössäni. Tunnen tuotteet ja tiedän, mitä ne antavat iholleni. Jos tuntuu, että tarvitsen enemmän kosteutusta, valitsen just niitä öljypohjaisia tuotteita ja paksumpia rasvoja. Vaihtelen tän ja ton Arctic -sarjan päivävoiteen kanssa vähän just fiiliksen mukaan. Mutta lähtökohtaisesti sanoisin, että tää on se tuote, jota käytän ensisijaisesti päivisin.
